Size and style of shoes change frequently. Price depends on many factors such as: style, shoe size, crystal color and availability. We do custom orders for all kinds of shoes. If you want a pair of your shoes strassed, please send a photo. Include heel height, shoe size, crystal color desired and a description of what you would like done, i.e. heels only, heel and platform or fully strassed. We will give you a quote promptly. See color chart below for available colors.
We currently accept PayPal, personal checks and all major credit cards. Check must clear before your item ships. Call 1-855-BLING- 52 to place an order.
Shipping is estimated between $18-$25.00 in the U.S. If you are ordering outside of U.S. please check via email so we can get you the correct shipping amount before payment is made. We use UPS with insurance and tracking.
Each individual order is different, but on average items are ready to ship within 7-14 days after payment has been made. If we have to special order the crystals, it could be an additional 2 weeks. If you are ordering bridal shoes, make sure to give at least 4-6 weeks.
We do have a satisfaction guarantee. This means if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund, minus shipping fees.
- You must get an RMA# before returning your item. You can do this by sending an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org with a description of why you want to return the item. You may also call, 1-855-BLING-52 to get your RMA #. Your package will be refused if there is not an RMA # on the outside of the box.
- Item must be returned within 7 days of receiving them. Try them on and check for any damage the day you get them. Please contact us immediately if you have any concerns. When returning your item, be sure to have tracking and insurance. If you do not do this and your item gets lost, we am not responsible for any refund or replacement. The return address is located on your invoice.
- Shoes must be returned in the custom Crystal Addiction shoe bags they were received in and must be unworn. Try them on carpet or a non-abrasive surface. If there are any signs of wear, we can't take them back.
- If you sent your own shoes to have strassed, there are no refunds. If you have any concerns, please contact us so we can work something out. It is very important to us that every one of our clients are 100% satisfied with their purchase!
