Meet the Designer
Designer Amanda Whitworth is the creator and owner of Crystal Addiction. She designs and creates fabulous shoes, purses, jewelry and home decor with the use of Swarovski crystals. Amanda is meticulous with her craft and spends a lot of time on each item she creates to insure perfection. All Crystal Addiction employees have to undergo extensive training and meet certain criteria before ever working on any orders. Amanda is the visionary behind every Crystal Addiction creation and oversees all orders to ensure great craftsmanship.
Crystal Addiction designs have been featured in numerous magazines, high fashion runway shows, bridal shows, news segments, Miami fashion week and Jacksonville fashion week. All press can be found on the media section of this website.
Amanda has a great love for fashion, beauty and fitness. She has been a make up artist since 2000 and is certified in Esthetics, Personal training and Pilates.

Know the difference
Swarovski crystals are made of leaded glass and give off sparkle similar to that of a diamond. They are more expensive than rhinestones and other lower grade crystals. Crystal Addiction use only Swarovski crystals because they are the highest quality crystal on the market.
Craftsmanship is very important. Take a look at the photos below. These well known designer shoes were purchased from a department store. This is typical on most crystalized shoes. Even some of the top designers that sell their shoes for $2,000 + have flaws. Finding a pair of well made Swarovski strassed shoes that will not break the bank is rare. If you are reading this, you have found a company that will put 100% in to creating a pair of shoes that are flawless. Creating a perfect, seamless pair of shoes takes a lot of time, patience and skill.
Be Aware
There are many shoes for sale on the internet that claim they are made with Swarovski crystals. If you see a pair of fully strassed heels for $200, and claim to be made with Swarovski, they aren't! There is no way to cover a shoe entirely with thousands of Swarovski crystals and sell them for a few hundred dollars! It is very hard to tell from a photo if you are looking at a high quality crystal or a cheap rhinestone.
It is rare to find a crystal designer who offers returns or refunds. Take this into consideration before purchasing. You do not want to get stuck with something that you are not satisfied with.
